Are you a UK based QTS qualified teacher keen on helping students get better grades outside of the classroom? Teachmeschool is a UK based online tutoring company looking to expand the services we provide.

 

We are looking for passionate educators to help create and deliver an 18-week course for GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English and Mathematics. If selected, you will be involved in creating a course for the subject you currently teach which consists of at least 36 lessons (each lasting one hour) with the aim of delivering two lessons a week. Over the 18 weeks, the course you create and deliver must cover the vast majority of the specification of the exam board you currently teach. You are only required to have planned the next two lessons at any point in time during the entirety of the 18-week period. The lessons you teach will consist of delivering the course you created to a group of the same 5 students over the duration of the course. 

 

Pay is dependent upon the number of students in each group - you will receive £9/hr for each student. Teachmeschool expects course groups to be at the full capacity of 5 students throughout the course but cannot guarantee it. 

 

The selection process consists of a written application after which successful applicants will be interviewed. In order to be successful, we require applicants to be passionate about their role as an educator who inspires children to learn whilst also being able to teach skills that would make retaining information easier and more efficient.
